We provide free estimates for your concrete projects. These estimates are good for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or changes you request during the project. We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit to schedule your project, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your contract.

4. Project Timeline

We work hard to complete your project on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues may affect the timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, ensuring utilities are marked if needed, and securing any necessary permits or HOA approvals. You should also keep children and pets away from the work area for safety.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. We provide a warranty on our workmanship as outlined in your project agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, or acts of nature. Concrete may develop minor surface cracks due to natural curing and settling, which is normal and not covered under warranty.

7. Property Damage

We take care to protect your property during our work. If accidental damage occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address it. We carry liability insurance for your protection.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover our costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages related to our work or any delays.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
